Deleting your data

You can have your data deleted whenever you want. Ask us and we do it, and we will not ask you why. Email support@logyourreps.com from the address on your account.

That covers your account and your sign-in, every spreadsheet we have delivered to you, and every photo you have sent us.

The one thing we cannot delete is anything we have already emailed you. That copy is in your mailbox, it is yours, and we cannot reach it, so if you want it gone you will need to delete it there.

Deleting from the live service is immediate. Backups take longer, because a copy can sit in a backup for up to 90 days before it ages out for good.

If something is broken, or looks wrong, or should not be here, tell us. Email support@logyourreps.com.

We read what comes in, and if it is urgent, say so.
