This page says what we hold, why we hold it, and how to get rid of it. It is written to be read, not to cover us.
1. What we hold
Your account. The email address you signed up with, and your sign in details.
What you send us. The photos and files of your training records.
If you connect Telegram. Your Telegram account number and the name on it, so we know which of our accounts your messages belong to. Telegram carries your messages to us, and what Telegram does with them is covered by Telegram's own privacy policy, not this one.
What we send back. The record we produce from them, and the files we deliver to you.
Anything you tell us. If you email us or fill in one of our forms, we have what you wrote.
Basic technical information. Our host records ordinary things like the address a request came from, for a short window, so that the service can be run and defended.
2. What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not advertise to you and we do not let anybody else advertise to you. We do not use your training records for anything except producing your record and running the service.
We run no tracking scripts. There is no analytics tag on these pages, no advertising pixel, and nothing following you between sites.
3. Why we hold it
To run the service you signed up for, and for nothing else. Your account so you can sign in, your records so we can turn them into something useful, and what you tell us so we can answer you.
4. Who else touches it
We use a small number of service providers to run this. Each one only gets what it needs to do its part, they act on our instructions, and none of them is allowed to use your data for their own purposes.
5. How long we keep it
We keep what you send for as long as you have an account.
When you ask us to delete it, we delete it. What that covers, how quickly, and the one thing we cannot reach, are all on the deleting your data page.
6. Keeping it safe
Your data is encrypted when it travels to us and while we hold it. Access to it is limited to what running the service actually requires.
We are early, and the way the service looks and works will change. How your data is protected is not part of that. It is not an experiment.
7. Asking us what we hold
Email us and ask. We will tell you, and we will reply to the address on your account.
8. Children
This service is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect anything from a child under 13, and if we find that we have, we delete it.
9. Text messages
We only send text messages to people who have agreed in writing to receive a specific kind of message from us. Today no customer receives texts from us.
If you agree to texts, we hold your mobile number and a record of when and how you agreed. We use them only to send you the messages you agreed to.
We do not share your mobile number, or your agreement to receive texts, with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or messaging, and we never sell them. The company that delivers our texts receives your number only to deliver them.
Reply STOP to any text from us and the texts stop. Reply HELP for help, or email support@logyourreps.com.
10. Changes
We will change this page as the service grows. The date at the top says when it last changed.
