Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 September 2026
These terms cover what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. Please read them. They are short on purpose.
1. What this service does
You send us your training records, in whatever form you keep them. We read them and turn them into a clean record you can keep, search and look back through.
2. Your account
You need an account. Keep your sign in details to yourself, and tell us if you think somebody else has got into your account.
One account is for one person.
You need to be at least 13 years old to use this.
3. What you send us stays yours
Everything you send us is yours. Everything we send back is yours. We do not take ownership of your training history, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to advertise anything to you.
You are giving us permission to read what you send and to produce your record from it. That is the whole of what we do with it.
4. How much you can send
While the service is free, fair use is 30 sessions a month. A session is one workout, one trip to the gym.
5. What we do not promise
We do not promise a perfect reading of every page. Handwriting is handwriting, and some of it is genuinely hard. Tell us when we get something wrong and we will fix it, and the more we see of your writing the better we get at reading it.
Turnaround varies. We aim for a day or less.
We do not promise the service will never be down.
6. This is not medical or training advice
We record what you did. We do not tell you what to do, and nothing here is medical advice. If you are making decisions about your health, talk to somebody qualified to help you.
7. The service is being built
The service is early, and the way it looks and works will change, sometimes a lot. That is what an early service is.
What does not change with it is how your data is handled. Security, privacy, discretion and backups are not experiments and never have been.
8. Acceptable use
This is what this service is for, and the few things you cannot do with it. It is short because there is not much to say.
What to send us. Send us your own training records. Photos of your own notebook, your own sheets, your own logs, in whatever state they are in. Messy is fine. That is the whole point.
If you send us a record somebody else wrote, it needs to be yours to send.
What not to send. Do not send us:
- Anything illegal.
- Anything that is not a training record. This is not a general file service.
- Other people's private information. Not their health records, not their financial details, not their identity documents, not their contact details.
- Photos of people who have not agreed to be in them.
- Files built to attack us or anybody else.
What not to do. Do not:
- Try to reach anybody else's data.
- Probe, scan, or attack the service.
- Scrape it, or pull data out of it in bulk by automated means.
- Pretend to be somebody else, or use somebody else's account.
- Use the service to harass anybody, including us.
If this gets broken. If an account is used for any of the above, we can suspend it or close it, and we can remove what was sent.
We would rather talk to you first, and for anything that looks like a mistake we will.
9. Other companies we use
Running this takes a handful of other companies, for things like sending email and hosting our forms. They only ever get what they need to do their part.
If you fill in one of our forms, the form itself is run by another company and your answers reach us through them.
10. Ending it
You can stop using the service whenever you want, and you can have your data deleted whenever you want. How that works, what goes, and the one thing we cannot delete, are all on the deleting your data page.
We can close an account that breaks section 8.
11. Changes to these terms
We will change these terms as the service grows. When we do, the version you agreed to is the one recorded against your account, and we will tell you before a change that matters to you applies.
12. Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages from LogYourReps, we send only the kind of messages you agreed to. How often varies with what is happening.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to stop the texts at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email support@logyourreps.com.
Agreeing to texts is never a condition of using the service.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we handle your mobile number is on our privacy page.
13. Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
14. Getting in touch
